Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for paperless drop-off at participating locations.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they arrive at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
